Terms & Conditions

Upon completion of your online purchase, you
will receive a confirmation email. Please present this email (either printed or
on your mobile device) at the Sky Tower ticketing counter upon arrival to
exchange it for your admission ticket.

• Single-entry
  tickets are valid for 6 months from the date of
  purchase.


• Admission
  tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.


• Altered
  tickets will be deemed invalid.


• Bookings
  containing multiple guests must be redeemed in a single transaction; split
  redemption is not available.


• Children
  aged 14 years and under must be accompanied by an
  adult.
