Once your online purchase has been completed you will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided. You will need to bring this email (either printed or in a readable form on your device) to the Sky Tower ticketing counter upon arrival where it will be exchanged for a ticket.

The Spark Arena Exclusive offer applies to purchase(s) of Sky Tower tickets only. Offer available for Spark Arena concert ticket holders attending a concert from 6 February to 28 February 2026 for visits to the Sky Tower between 6 February to 3 March 2026. Not available in conjunction with any other offer. Spark Arena concert ticket holders are to provide personal I.D. along with concert ticket confirmation on admission to the Sky Tower. All children 14 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. Offer not for commercial use. Admission tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and void if altered in any way. The Sky Tower may be closed from time to time due to adverse weather conditions. A free scoop of Lewis Road Creamery ice cream is included in the ticket price and can be redeemed at The Lookout Bar, on Level 53 of the Sky Tower during one visit only.
